After taking the Indigo Assessment in class, I scored highest in Steadiness which was closely followed by Compliance. I am described as being "open, patient, and tolerant of differences". My highest motivator is "Individualistic/Political" meaning I feel most rewarded when personally recognized, and have freedom and control over myself. To a team I bring many characteristics such as good relationships, being a good listener, accurate and intuitive, maintains standards, and a dependable team player.
