As a class, we have explored many teaching resources. For example, something we have talked about a lot is adaptive ways of teaching for students with various learning types. The way school is taught today is in a "one size fits all" method, however many students could learn better in a different style. That is why I think it is important to be an adaptive teacher and to be open to the idea of doing things differently for different students.
